1. If there is any nonconformity/damaged/wrong model associated with the product at the time of delivery please contact us with the applicable return window. You may be entitled to a refund/replacement depending on the product category and conditions.
  • As most of the items are CKD and any defect associated with the component will be replaced/repair as per warranty policy.
  • You are eligible for return/replacement for a major catastrophe of the product as per warranty policy.
  • Customized product/upholstered product will not be eligible for return/refund if there is no flaw in it.
  • Any misleading content of the website is solely responsible by NFL and return is applicable in the first place.
  • Any fault associated with transportation of product for shifting purpose from one place to another by the customer, NFL is not responsible for it. For a knockdown product, it is required to disassemble prior to shifting. The client can ask NFL for repair with on payment service.
  • If your item arrived in snag/defective condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided that the exact item is available as per clause 3. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Refund Policy:
  1. Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks to process your refund after receiving products from you. Upon receiving your product it will undergo quality checking by the quality assurance & quality control department.
  • The product must include the original brand logo, Packaging & kits packets where it is applicable with the original proof of purchase.
  • For any component missing by the customer or any user fault, a partial refund will be applicable and will be determined by the costing department.
